FAQ, how to connect the device to WiFi router?

Take your own pic, get one from photo gallery, or use the default one.
Click ADD after completed.
Enter the password of the WiFi router.
Pick up a meaningful name, for example, sweet home, office,....
Re-enter the password for verification.

Open the WiFi connection of your smartphone and connecting your smartphone to the WiFi router (must be 2.4G Hz) that you would like to connect with the device.

Plug in the device.

Keep the device, router and your smartphone within 1 meter distance without any obsolete.

Click +NEW PLACE if no registration of router SSID previously; otherwise skip this step.
5. Click +NEW DEVICE and scan the device QR code which is given next to the rating, label, package box or inside manual.

Click ADD after completed.
You can re-name the device.
If you have other places with same router SSID registration, please select one of them.
6. Step 1/3: writing the router information to the device.
7. Step 2/3: connect the device with cloud server.
8. Step 3/3: update the device information into APP which download from cloud server.
Use default pic or take a new one.
9. If failure, check following,

Router has signal or not
-
Router’s password is correct or not
-
Device is plug in or not
-
Smartphone is under WiFiconnection mode with designated router connected

Device is connected with another router, turn that router off and wait for 5 minutes; or reset the device’s WiFi setting (check the device’s user manual)
10. Restart the procedure by clicking ADD.
